Application industry:
This machine tool is primarily dedicated to drilling operations on H-shaped steel. It employs three high-speed precision drilling spindles for workpiece drilling, featuring high machining accuracy and user-friendly operation. Infeeding conveyor:
It is composed of conveyor support, supporting roller, side positioning roller, side pushing device and rack, etc. The feeding channel is used to carry the workpiece to be processed, and a photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the material channel to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the processing datum in the X direction. The side pushing device presses the workpiece tightly and leans against the side positioning roller to realize the rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.
Infeeding NC carriage:
It is composed of gears, servo motors and manipulators. The manipulator has good rigidity and stability, can automatically rise and fall according to the profile specifications, and automatically clamp the workpiece. After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, it is driven by the servo motor. Under the transmission of the rack and pinion, the workpiece is fed in the X direction to ensure the longitudinal machining accuracy of the drilling.
Out-feeding conveyor:
It is composed of conveyor support, supporting roller, etc. The supporting roller is used to carry the finished workpiece.
