Product Introduction:
The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel production line integrates punching, marking, and cutting functions, and consists of a punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveying system, rotary conveying system, infeed conveyor, outfeed conveyor, CNC feeding trolley, hydraulic system, electrical control system, pneumatic system, and other auxiliary auxiliary components. Specifically designed for the automated processing of angle steel utilized in power transmission tower manufacturing, the entire production workflow is centrally managed through a CNC control system. The equipment features intuitive operation and supports fully automated, high-precision, multi-specification, and batch production of angle steel components.

Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is configured with two to three punching stations, each supporting three different punch diameter specifications. All punching units adopt fully CNC-controlled programming to guarantee stable and accurate positioning during the punching process. The system is capable of processing both circular and elongated (slotted) holes, meeting diverse application requirements. Equipped with high-speed feeding and punching technology, the machine significantly improves production efficiency. When processing 50×50×4mm angle steel, the daily output can reach approximately 9–10 tons within an 8-hour shift.
2. The marking unit of the CNC angle steel processing machine is installed on a high-rigidity, integrally welded frame structure. The marking system is equipped with four cassette assemblies, allowing automatic program-based switching and full-range character position adjustment. In addition, a 10-position rotary disc marking mechanism is adopted, enabling fully automated character selection without manual intervention, which greatly enhances marking efficiency and overall productivity.

3. The CNC angle steel cutting unit adopts a single-blade shearing design with excellent cutting capability. The cutting process ensures zero material loss while delivering smooth cut surfaces and high dimensional precision. The blade assembly features an open-access door structure, enabling safe, convenient, and rapid blade replacement as well as routine maintenance operations.
4. The transverse conveying system is driven by a motor and gearbox transmission mechanism, ensuring reliable transfer of angle steel workpieces to the rotary conveying frame. This configuration guarantees stable positioning on the feeding conveyor and supports continuous, uninterrupted downstream processing.
5. Workpieces are securely clamped and accurately transported by the CNC feeding trolley, ensuring precise positioning throughout the entire machining cycle. The feeding trolley is powered by a high-performance servo motor and integrated with a photoelectric encoder feedback system, forming a fully closed-loop control architecture for high-precision feeding and positioning.

6. The CNC angle steel punching and marking system is driven by a hydraulic power system to execute punching, marking, and cutting operations. It is equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic power unit combined with an energy storage accumulator. All hydraulic pipelines utilize ferrule-type connectors, ensuring excellent sealing performance and ease of maintenance. The core hydraulic manifold blocks are supplied by the internationally renowned brand Atos, ensuring stable operation and long-term system reliability.
7. The hydraulic power unit supports multiple cooling configurations, including water cooling, air cooling, and oil chiller systems. Customers may select the most suitable cooling method based on actual production environments and operational requirements.

8. The core control system consists of an industrial computer, PLC controller, servo drive units, external sensor switches, and other key components. After inputting processing parameters, the system automatically generates the required machining programs. It supports standard CAD file formats such as DXF and NC code. The industrial computer is equipped with an intuitive HMI interface, enabling user-friendly operation and real-time process monitoring. The system integrates multiple functional modules, including graphical workpiece visualization, batch data management, positioning status display, and automatic fault alarm functions.
