Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is fitted with two or three punching stations, with each station designed to hold three different punch diameters. All punching stations are operated under CNC control to guarantee precise positioning throughout the punching process. The equipment is capable of processing both round and slotted holes. Featuring high-speed feeding and punching performance, the machine substantially improves production productivity. For 50×50×4mm angle steel, the processing capacity can achieve approximately 9–10 tons within an eight-hour working shift.
2. The marking section of the CNC angle steel punching machine is integrated into a robust and highly rigid frame structure. The marking system is composed of four cassette groups, which can be automatically selected through programmed control, with character positions fully adjustable. In addition, the machine adopts a 10-line rotary disc marking system that enables automatic character selection without manual operation, significantly enhancing marking productivity and operational efficiency.

3. The CNC angle steel cutting machine adopts a single-blade shearing system, offering outstanding cutting capability. The cutting process generates no material scrap, while ensuring a clean and highly precise cutting finish. The blade assembly is designed with an open-access door structure, allowing convenient and secure blade replacement.
4. The transverse conveying table transfers the angle steel smoothly onto the rotary conveying rack through a motor and gearbox drive system. This mechanism ensures stable placement of the angle steel onto the feeding conveyor for continuous downstream operations.
5. The workpiece is securely held and transported by the CNC feeding carriage, ensuring accurate positioning throughout the processing cycle. The feeding carriage is powered by a servo drive motor and monitored by a photoelectric encoder feedback system, operating within a fully closed-loop control configuration.

6. The CNC angle steel punching and marking machine utilizes a hydraulic drive system to perform punching, marking, and cutting functions. It is equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic power unit integrated with an accumulator system. After the operator enters the processing specifications, the system automatically creates the required machining program. It is also compatible with DXF, NC, and other file formats exported from CAD software. The industrial computer is equipped with a user-friendly human-machine interface, enabling straightforward operation and clear process monitoring. The system provides functions including graphical workpiece visualization, extensive data management, position tracking display, and automatic fault alarm indication.
