1. Longitudinal Support Roller Table
Consisting of a base and supporting rollers, this component is engineered to provide support for sheets; The two ends of each roller are supported by bearings. Boasting excellent rigidity and impact resistance, the rollers enable the smooth movement of sheets across their surface.
2. Centering Device
This device incorporates 5 sets of centering and positioning mechanisms, where the two centering blocks are driven synchronously and guided by guide rails. During operation, the air cylinder drives the two pairs of centering blocks to move in a mutually approaching manner, thereby centering and clamping the sheet; linear positioning enables the width deviation to be distributed evenly on both sides of the sheet.
3. X-axis Main Clamp Feeding Device: 2 Sets
This device comprises a servo motor, precision reducer, floating hydraulic clamp, precision linear guide rail, precision rack, and supports; the servo motor drives the helical gear to rotate via the precision reducer, and converts rotational motion into linear motion through the rack. Precise feeding of the feeding components is achieved through guidance from the precision linear slide rail, ensuring accurate and stable sheet feeding; the feeding clamp adopts a floating design, which enables excellent adaptability to slightly warped sheets, with substantial clamping force, reliable clamping performance, and stable operation.
It adopts a push-pull clamping structure. The clamp secures the middle section of the two ends of the longitudinal beam. This clamping method allows for the securement of plates with edge-level differences; the device is arranged symmetrically on both sides of the main machine.
