The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal processing cycle lasts 120 seconds per unit (subject to the material grade and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Furthermore, fabrication begins only when the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with process parameters meticulously defined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch to trigger the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predefined set of steps, including the heating feed, application of thermal energy, retraction of heating elements upon completion, clamping and compressing of the workpiece, lifting of the ram, and, ultimately, the unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.
